"So I called the store to ask a simple question because I didn't know anything about thrift stores until someone told me about one and this was my first time calling a thrift store ever and it was simply to ask if they buy anything from some customers but instead of even letting me finish my question the person who answered the phone cut me off gave me a whole bunch of attitude about how they don't buy things and then explain to me that any money they make goes to charity and I can understand telling me that they don't buy things but the attitude that I received and the pure aggression that the person on the phone had was completely uncalled for especially for someone who didn't know anything about thrift stores and is a first time caller so if someone from that company reads this for future reference if someone has a question don't give them attitude"
