"My wife "booked" a bounce house with a place she found on Facebook Marketplace bc she thought she would save a few bucks. Im here to warn everyone, PLEASE DONT BOOK WITH THESE FLY BY NIGHT Companies!! They turned out to be a SCAM and left my son with no bounce house hours before his party was to begin(on a Saturday morning), and his mother and I desperately scrambling to try and salvage this special day. Go Inflatables came thru BIGTIME! They delivered an awesome bounce house to my property in less than 2hrs with no prior notice! They literally SAVED the day and we will never forget how they came through for us. The kids jumped and bounced to their heart's content on one of the many combo bounce castles that Go Inflatables has to offer. They're the best in town BAR NONE! If u want a quality, affordable, reliable product, GO INFLATABLES!!"

"Last minute rental for Labor day weekend. Chris was extremely helpful with making our rental happen. Delivery/ setup Staff were cheerful and quick. Great communication about timing for delivery and pickup. Disco dome was clean and all components worked. We will be renting again from Go Inflatables."

"I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!! The first red flag was when I called inquiring about water slide and bounce house, the guy was VERY RUDE and talked to me as if I was a 5 yrs old when I was simply trying to get an understanding in regards to payment options. Secondly the day of him delivering the equipment it was raining he called and asked did I still want the water slides and Bounce house Or wanted to reschedule due to the rain. I asked if I could call later to see if the rain would stopped he told me yes that’s fine. I called an hr later once the rain stopped for him to deliver. He in fact did deliver the bounce and water slide. He was at my house for over an hour just to say he couldn’t leave the bounce house due to the rain (at this point it wasn’t raining). I then asked why you didn’t tell me that earlier while we were otp or when you first got to my house. After him stating he could leave the water slide I asked for a refund for the bounce house. He told me no refund I can reschedule and that it was listed in the contract which it wasn’t!! WE NEVER SIGNED A CONTACT! 1. It wasn’t raining and didn’t rain the rest of the day 2. Why couldn’t I get a refund or leave the bounce house? 3. I don’t live in Jacksonville I was only here to have a party for my baby with her family. He never issued a refund."

They showed us how to use all the equipment and provided everything we needed for the snow cone machine. All the children loved it and had an amazing time! Amazing customer service!
