"My car was towed from visitor parking while I went to retrieve the visitor pass from my apartment. The towing company with permission from Villa Ridge administration regularly drives through to look for cars to profit off of. There were 5 empty parking spaces next to me. They spray pesticide with no decent warning. A neighbor's dog got sick and eventually died from chewing grass. Got a few racists in the neighborhood. They threatened and threw out N words at my neighbor and were not evicted."

Do you enjoy moving in or out of places while also having the possibility of your car being towed? Do you marvel at the idea of having a parking pass, parking in a designated area (with no signage stating otherwise) and still having the threat of your car being towed despite the contract you signed stating otherwise? Do you like the idea of being harassed and feeling helpless? Do you like your neighbors telling you how many (up to two) and what kind of dogs (some breeds are banned and most be under 25 lbs) you can have? Do you relish the idea of some neighbors being treated unequally with unfair advantages under the same HOA rules you both live by? If you answered yes to any of these questions than Lake Ridge Villas North is the neighborhood for you. With a gate that never closes in the day time, and housing prices that are over the top, what's not to love? Come on down and purchase your cell today!"
