"I waited two months and made 3 calls trying to get an answer back from the manager. I was approved for the loan and they measured for the hot tub then I could not contact the manager. Just lost communication. I was eager to buy but I guess they weren't really interested. Poor rating"

"We went to the Blanding location and had a very awkward experience. Our elderly neighbor has a daughter who purchased a 28' Pool from Splash and had it installed by them few years back. They've both had substantial health issues and let the pool go into decline. The City threatened to fine them if they didn't clean it up and left them a notice to take action within 90 days. We offered to assist and went to this location to purchase replacement filters, chemicals, etc to help restore the pool. The rep was knowledgeable but seemed put out by our lack of information. Explaining the story didn't change much but we were able to reverse look up the owner's info to find the specs needed in their system. Our neighbor had also mentioned that they were out of the pool covers that come with this model when she purchased it and at that time offered a rain check voucher. When we explained this they stated there was a 3 month window someone could pick up the cover and if they didn't.... they're no longer eligible to receive it, which I'll be honest seems like a policy that's betting on someone not following up to receive something that came with a very sizeable purchase. We were obviously disappointed to hear she was indeed supposed to get one and didn't, but whatever. The rep then looked it up and confirmed it was never picked up and it was still there, which I could've lived without knowing that. When we were purchasing the chemicals we needed with the cashier, the rep that assisted us went in the back and retrieved the cover that was supposed to come with the pool, much to our surprise. She brought it out, showed it to my wife and then offered to sell it to us for full price.... Why would we buy a cover that still comes free with the purchase of the same pool if we were buying it brand new today? Essentially you're saying "Hey, we found that pool cover that we were going to give the owner when they bought the pool from us. It's still here but they didn't come in time so pay us." The whole thing just felt like an odd way to conduct business or approach new customers trying to help some people out. We didn't ask for a freebee and didn't outright state how silly the whole situation seemed but to parade something out like that was a big let down. We wanted to just complete our purchases and go. Honestly, I'll purchase from Amazon moving forward. They have off brands that are the same price or cheaper and ship directly to your home. There's no deflection to some blackhole corporate office or some promo scheme with a sunset clause. We could've done that in the first place, but felt finding a location we could continue to go back to would be better. Because of this experience, I won't be going back or recommending Splash pools or their services."

"Purchased hot tub, got a great deal. Sale person very helpful, while in store purchasing. Service is very sub par, not sure of causes, lack of help, or skilled technicians. Very frustrating dealing with, and never sure if they will be coming by or not, not much in the way of communication. Pump coil starter in photo, installed with no cover, open to moisture, so pump is now burnt as well. Would not recommend purchase from here for that reason."

"Purchased an above ground pool in June 2018. Day before install the manager called us and told us our 18' lagoon pool was damaged and they could upgrade us to the same pool, but in a 21' for no extra charge. The next day our pool was installed, but it has pieces from 3 different pools. The wall is from a Symphony, the supports are from a lagoon and the liner is from a cypress. Contacted the store multiple times, left multiple messages for the manager, in person and on the phone. Manager would never call back. Was actually able to speak to the manager only 2 times on the phone and each time told us this is the 1st time that he has heard about it, he would call corporate then call us back. We still still have no answers, no stainless steel wall that we ordered and paid for. Installer was sent by store to verify what was installed, installer told us splash would email us documentation that they would honor the warranty for what we bought, not what was installed. Also installer would warranty their work for longer. Never got it in writing and manager denied he even said anything like that to installer or even sending installer back out. Manager just stated we could "contact the better business bureau" and "he already hooked us up""
