"Very nice store. Went in for a pickup order. Took about 15 minutes for someone to help me after a cashier called them on the radio. It was around 10:15am and I was the only one in line. Great store overall."

"Went to pick up online order and the sign says to take a number so we did. Upon waiting for our number to be called I asked if they were using the number system where the guy that was finishing his shift said yes they were. So we waited patiently. After seeing several people just walk up getting helped I said loudly, "so you AREN'T using the number system then?" That's when they decided to help us. We were about to have to wait for another walk in customer. This is my first time at this location and I can tell you, it will be the last. The Southside Blvd. location is where I usually go and will continue to go from now on. They are way better and more efficient."
"The manager Jeff is incompetent. I went in to buy 4 .22 revolvers for Christmas. I had a gift card to buy them. Had no issues at all, passed the background and all, but he had an issue with us using a gift card. So he wouldn't sell to me. Went to southside and no issue called customer service and explained all and it was ridiculous that he wouldnt sell to me. They agreed"
