"I came here for 1 thing, found it right away, and then stood in line for 20 minutes. There is no reason why at 2pm on a Tuesday I should have to wait in line for that long. There were 2 registers open, and both were acting like they had no idea how to do their job. I watched a lady buy 3 folders, and it took the cashier 5 minutes to scan them. Absolutely insane. Stay away from this location."

"this store is just.... degrading slowly...one example: section with paint pens is now gone.... now when you want to buy one, its sealed up in a package, and is dry and never works. insane. I'm not gambling on another being dry, or not. and now, that's it. I've lived here for my entire life and watched the retail go down the toilet. never coming here again... this marks the spot. I'll drive to Sam Flax on 50 and try a proper paint pen..... like....get a clue... I haven't been able to go to michaels for anything lately. from basic enamel to basic paint brushes. Why don't you stock one shot or alpha enamels? They're painting STANDARDS.... and no i don't want to order online from you, i want to go into a store and buy what i need. If I wanted to order online thats what I'd do..... jesus..."

"This Michaels is located in the plaza conjoined to Lowe's in Oviedo. The customer service is on point. No matter the day or occasion this store have it for the crafty lover in you. I'm hosting a "Gather to Give A Treat" because no "Tricks" going on this year. Everything we needed was in store. I'm even adopting knitting into my hobbies and the Lime Yarn I needed was on sale! The store clerk walked me over to the section and assisted me in selecting the perfect shade of Lime. The location is awesomeness too! Went over to Shoe Carnival afterwards which is directly to the right....they are neighbors:)"
