"This home Depot is the best. I walked out of here three minutes ago (10:18pm) which means I checked out at 10:15. I was in an aisle looking for a specific size nut and the associate who runs the self-checkout registers just waited patiently while I found the for nuts that I was looking for. Don't get me wrong. I love the smaller stores like Ace and some of the other mom-and-pop hardware stores a little further out but home Depot has so many services that they can provide it's insane. I work as the facility manager for the city of Oviedo and we shopped nowhere else except for Oviedo and then their pro institutional website as well. I order something online and it's usually at my doorstep in my office the next day unless it's a special order. If you work in the city of Oviedo I highly recommend that you get a pro card with them. There are too many perks to miss out on. Of course this is just my humble opinion and yes everybody has had a bad experience at a big-box store but this one is always gone out of their way to make it right. The best part about shopping late is the empty parking lots and I don't have to look for a cart"
