"Came to quickly check for an item before closing and they locked the doors before the posted closing time. The manager said they lock the doors 10 minutes before closing, but we were there 15 minutes before and the doors were already locked. It's fine if you close at 845, but then the signs should say that."
"It’s been a while since I’ve popped into a Goodwill and wow the inflation . Some of these prices are just downright ridiculous for outdated, stained clothes and a lot of this stuff you can find at Walmart and target for almost the same price NEW why buy it used? I noticed some of the nicer name brands are really jacked up in price. That was a waste of my time now I know !"
"Unfortunately I will never go back to this goodwill. This is the second time I have gone in to shop for clothes realizing they have removed all dressing rooms. Who thinks they can shop for second hand clothes without trying them on first!!! While I was there, at least 2 other women said the same thing and left all of the clothes they had in carts and walked out. I don't think this was a good revenue idea for goodwill but that's just me."
"Boy, things have changed! Review attached photos for just an idea. Or see it for yourself in person. This is insane. Their prices are ridiculous. No, it’s not “the economy”, it’s GREED. Example: no name shoes, not even real leather, for $25! Or Walmart brand shoes; for only $2 less than Walmart is selling them for BRAND NEW. A plastic BASKET: that was partially broken. Again, same price as Walmart brand new. A basket! People donate items to help their communities. Goodwill is doing everyone in their community a disservice by jacking prices up because “some” people can “resell” them for a lot of money. For people who do resell: they typically will drive out of their way to shop, find brands, take them home, repair them, clean them, take photos of them; and create descriptions online. That takes work! That is not for Goodwill to decide, and to base prices on. What about people who shop for their children’s clothes here? What about people who just want to buy a sustainable, second hand belt to wear to work? Or work shoes? Or dishes, sheets, coats?? These are necessary items. There are “boutique” sections for a reason. But now your ENTIRE store is priced like a boutique. Get it together. I’m not stopping here or supporting until they make a public statement and make a DRASTIC change. I am so ashamed I gave them my business at all. That does not sound like “good will” to me. More like Good Riddance."
