"The deli and produce sections at the Baldwin Park Publix are a constant disappointment. They always under deliver and the service is beyond poor. The deli rarely has chicken tenders ready. There is always a lame excuse and it will be “10 minutes.” Also, I have a difficult time understanding why ten employees can’t manage to help three customers. Poor management and employees with no understanding of customer service. The produce section normally has rotten or moldy fruits and vegetables. Sometimes some of the vegetables are even out of stock or out of date. Nobody seems to take any pride in their work. This has been a problem for years. Hopefully someone will read this review and take action, but I doubt it since the store management hasn’t cared so far."
