"Poor customer service Heather was very rude and unprofessional I asked her a question and she just looked at me as if I didn't say anything and when I asked did she hear me she said yes and still didn't answer me poor poor customer service"

"This location is extremely understaffed, although the employees are nice only one particular employee is of any kind of help when asked for assistance. Anyone else decides to make you feel like the biggest inconvenience of their given life for being asked for any kind of help. genuinely decide that assistance isn’t part of their employment whatsoever. The store is generally in disarray with safety concerns regularly. Also when it comes to using their coupons good luck. Your app won’t work while you’re inside the establishment and if you get lucky and do get the app to work the coupons will have certain requirements making it extremely difficult to use. Such as the $5 off $25 coupons. If you go on Saturday to use they won’t honor them and state that they only are able to be used on Sundays. Then you will go on Sunday and try to use that coupon and they will tell you that it only works for Saturday. If you have coupons clipped and conveniently your devices don’t work at the location, you can choose to enter your phone number at the register and of course it will not pick up any of your clipped coupons…if you show the employee the clipped coupons in your electronic wallet…don’t expect them to honor those— will not happen. Sad disappointment for those of us that have to shop their regularly due to transportation issues. I really used to rave about this spot but my opinion has severely changed the past year or so. Enough to leave this review— the employee I’m referring to that is very friendly and helpful is the only reason that I have even left the 3 stars. They need more people like him on their team and the sales will skyrocket."

"I've been in here several times since moving to this area. I was hopeful but every time I go in no one is friendly. I have a child in a wheelchair and a service dog I bring with us and we have literally been followed through the store as we shopped. Hey almost felt like I was being accused of doing something wrong which I was not. We don't have to go here it's just that we like to walk and this store is in walking distance. Besides feeling like I'm being accused of doing something wrong I really wish that the employees were at the least bit a little friendly and they are not they are cold and unsocial. I'll still go in there but I haven't gone very often because of this."

"Employee working on stocking duties was quick to come up to register when I was ready to check out! Doesn't always happen like that, so MUCH appreciated! Everything I needed was in stock (or being stocked LoL)!"

"Went in to grab a lighter, purchased 3 pack for $1 just like name of store. Quick service, employees were nice to customers and helpful to each other. These $1 stores are often full of clutter and kind of dirty. I didn't go past the front register so I cannot say the store's cleanliness. All in all quick visit got what I went in for will return."
