"When my mother’s washer died out of no where I looked at a few different options for replacement, getting it fixed, purchasing a new one or even used. I was unsure what the best option was and didn’t want to inherit someone else’s problem. I had recently paid off a lap top through Aaron’s so we stopped by to see what they could offer. Garrett was super helpful showing us the best priced options and making sure it fit what my mom was looking for. The application process was very easy and before long we were choosing a date and time for delivering her new washing machine! Overall our experiences with Aaron’s have been amazing and with the 120 days same as cash option you really can’t go wrong!"

"My experience with the brand new location is Meh… the in store experience was good. Felt we were given an okay deal… didn’t like that I wasn’t able to pick the tv I wanted although it was the same price monthly…THEN… the sales guy tells me after asking that delivery can’t be made until four days later and they would call… they never called. We called to find out what time they would show up and they show up 45 minutes late. I’ll give them that it rained. I feel they should be more flexible with their delivery service. Maybe I wasn’t home that day, but no other option was given… The delivery guys was nice although they forgot my remote, had to run to arrons before they closed to get it. One guy (smaller guy) was much more friendly and willing to help, while other seem to discourage him from adding to his work load. Wish I remembered his name. He is why this is 3 stars and not 2."
