"It is a great store that has great values on all kinds of things. You can get great simple things like towel sets, a pretty mirror for your bathroom, or maybe some shirt for Christmas like I did. I use this store all of the time for everything. They have it all. And way cheaper than Walmart."

"This is the most cleanest Family Dollar I have been in you can fine everything you need The Associates are very Friendly with everyone and all have respect for one another and how ever enter the store I love going to this store cuz I know I'm going to fine everything I need this is one of the store you can go at night because is safe to shop especially at night because now in days you can't go to any store with out people stealing things that they can't bay.....Back in 2020 on till now you can see the store very organized and (( CLEANEST FRON The Outside)) this store show get a 100% star because they really work hard and (( safety is a priority)) for everyone in the store I just want to say Associate and Manager keep up the good work..."

"Walked into the store Thurs, 05/12/22 @9:35pm, male associate looked at his watch (no greetings just looked at his watch)…I preceded to walk to the cold medicine aisle. Then I needed to go to the school supplies section to buy my kids (last minute addition gifts for their “Teacher Survival Kit”) for Teachers appreciation week which I had trouble finding, because I didn’t know it was in the same aisle as party decors and greeting cards. Same associate that looked at his watched asked me “can I help you” I said yes I’m looking for school supplies. He looks at me and says it with his eyes that I’m already in “that aisle” so of course I laugh embarrassingly. Then a woman makes a remark “really?!” And the male associate says “that’s what I deal with” knowingly I can hear them. At this point I’m super annoyed, just because they’re getting ready to close in less than 30 mins and they’re acting upset and disgruntled that customers are coming in to buy products…A female cashier rang all my purchases, once again no greeting, no questions and departing remark. I was merely there under 5 mins, I felt so uncomfortable, just horrible horrible customer service experience. Ladies and gentlemen that work in retail we all have a home and family to come home to, I do get that, but do understand that if you’re store says “close - 10pm” You will have PAYING CUSTOMERS that will come in 30, 20, 10 or even 5 mins before closing! Anyways I go to this store every week and mostly during the day very seldom I go this late, and the day shift staff from my experience are definitely better. Closing staff please fix the customer experience and try not to let your customers hear the side talk cause it’s rude and unprofessional! Good thing for those associates I didn’t even bother to ask for their names cause it would have been added to this review…"

"I rarely go there anyways because it just feels "junky".I can't believe that Dollar General is a sister company! Must be adopted! The Place was a mess! Nothing I. the right spot! I just simple wanted to get some notepads and they're all in a pile! It's like the employees didn't care."

"All I can say is I’ve been to the family dollar on Americana and they have better customer service skills then this night crew. The young lady with the blonde hair rang me up and didn’t even greet me and instead of telling me my total she just starred at me So I assumed it would be on the screen when I looked there was nothing on the screen so I looked back up at her and she’s looking at me like I’m crazy lol smh. This store is all over the place, I’m new to BVl but I’d rather go out of my way to the family dollar in meadow woods."
