"Sunday, February 12, 2023 1:30PM My husband and I go to this store often. Typically the customer service is good. But every time that I have been there and have to deal with this one cashier, not so much. She is extremely rude and her customer service is terrible. She saw me when I walked in an did not acknowledge me for approximately 5 minutes as I waited at the counter. There was no one else at the counter. Then she came over and rudely stood there looking at me as if I annoyed her. I gave her my lottery tickets to scan and she started putting the tickets in the machine forcefully and opening a slamming the machine. I had to ask for my tickets that I had won free tickets on. She slammed them down in front of me and turned to get my winnings from the register which she slammed down in front of me. I can understand someone having a bad day but, she acts this way every time I have been in that store and had to deal with her. I would must rather be giving a good review, but enough is enough with this lady! Get another job if you can't be nice!"
"The owner and employees were talking bad about an employee who wasn't present while cashing me out. They were cussing in front of me like it was cute. So on my way out I inform them that I will not be returning twitch the owner said "whatever mister" I'm not a child so I didn't have time to hear what name she called me. It was just classless and trashy. You would think with such a low rating of 3.6 you'd act right and have your employees be a little more tasteful but nope her lack of leadership was on full display. Not to mention the prices for anything out this place are outrageous. Apparently she owns another one I love to know which one so I can see that rating too I'm sure it's the same or lower. The owner is definitely not someone I would want working for me or my company."
"This location cannot keep staff and managers.The dash employees are nasty and don’t wash their hands before making sandwiches or coming in from outside smoking, I’m surprised they are not shut down and employee Brooke always outside and closing the dash early and James always outside smoking while trash overflowing. This location is busy and have only 1 person sometimes and the old manager use to be by himself working mornings with no help from his supervisor or corporate, I see why he quit. They are rude and don’t care about the customers and cannot keep cooler or shelves stocked. Don’t waste your time to stop here, it’s NOT NICER here, go somewhere else"
"Loved this store until the manager argued with me over Pepsi vs mountian dew products. I noticed a sale on Pepsi products. 2 for 7.99. So I grab a diet Pepsi and mtn dew 12 pack. I get to the register and the cashier says the mtn dew is not a Pepsi product. I argue that it is I have worked for Pepsi The manager joe pops up from his nest above the registers and tells me that mountian dew is not a Pepsi product that "it is bottled by Pepsi it is it's own company like dr pepper." I argue that it is not because I definitely know better we can get into what they own or do not own all day I do know every company that is a umbrella of Pepsi and mountian dew is a Pepsi product. It has been since Pepsi bought the formula from the Tennessee beverage company in 1940. The point to this is I should have not had been told misinformation by someone who should know the products they sell. And to continue to argue with me. Instead of saying my apologies sir you are right let me take care of the mix up. But I did not get that I left very very angry and frustrated. I will never go to that store again. This Dailys will lose my business. I think you may need to better train your managers on product knowledge. James m"
