"We have been using this pharmacy for a few years now and I must say we couldn’t be more pleased. I have complex medical issues and am on multiple medications. Troy and his staff are always willing to help and go above and beyond with the annoying issues that can arise with refills and physicians offices. Special call out to Morgan, Eve and Caroline who are so helpful & professional. Troy the Pharmacist is always willing to answer questions, I respect his knowledge as the subject matter expert and he’s always willing to discuss my concerns. I can’t say enough about how much it means to someone that has chronic illnesses to have such a wonderful pharmacy with an amazing group of professionals looking out for my heath."

Just tonight, Dennis in Seafood, went above and beyond to take care of my autistic son who stopped me to ask for shrimp. Dennis' positive attitude coupled with his enthusiasm to serve us for just a 1/2lb of shrimp during a busy time in store speaks volumes about this story's staff, their store leadership and the company's values. "Always have had a great experience with this Publix pharmacy. They have gone above and beyond when it comes to getting brand name medications at the best price. They are also quick when I've had to get medications for my kiddos when they were sick. Have even started to fill at other pharmacy in the past (out of convenience) but ultimately transferred the rx back to Publix. They are great! Thanks!"

"When trying to get a refill for my father (a refill which they incorrectly filled), the pharmacist, a woman, was very unprofessional and rude. She would not let me speak though she had plenty of questions. Every answer I provided was met with skepticism and a rude 'hmm' remark. Someone needs to take her aside and send her to a crash course on how to correctly do her job with professionalism when dealing with the public. Getting to the bottom of who she is and taking it further. I am not used to being treated with this level of disrespect. If one does not like dealing with the public, one needs to self evaluate the requirements of said job and either do it well or move on."
