"Wonderful experience with Dr.Wilson, the visiting Cardiologist, front coordination and Vet techs! Dr Wilson is very knowledgeable and helpful! I will recommend her to everyone. The cardio is by appt only and will coordinate a day/time at Petco. The really worked with me on scheduling and calmed me when I was apprehensive about leaving my kitty there. Staff was understanding and kind. I appreciate everything so much!"

"We use their grooming service and Lexi is amazing with my older dog Taylor (13 year old mix) and slightly younger dog Tyson (11 yo mix). They know when we get to the parking lot of Petco, they can't control their excitement to get in and see her, which is so great to see. That tells me she really does treat them well she likely gives them all the care she can while she's grooming them. I appreciate her efforts and care, as they truly do seem to love being there with her."

"I’m a bit annoyed, the website states photos with Santa today and without notice the event was cancelled, you guys have my email a heads up would have been nice because we went out there and had to ask someone because there was no signage indicating the event was cancelled. The employee then told us that the San Jose location was having the event, I called them & they said Durbin has been falsely telling people that the event was being held there. I understand stuff happens but notifying your rewards members or having a sign at the door to let patrons know the event had been cancelled, or even updating the website would have been a nice gesture."

"I took my dog to groomed here, and I'm so happy with the results! At first, our dog was nervous, but the tech was so inviting and patient with him. I felt comfortable leaving him behind. She asked so many questions in reference to how I specifically wanted him to be groomed. I love how their grooming station is designed so that you can actually see them groom the dogs. They were very attentive and quick, too. I'm definitely bringing him back to this location."
