"This store and staff are amazing! They have great bogo items! I have yet to ask one staff member where to find something that they either told me what isle it was located on, or took me to where it was. The pharmacy has been informative and helpful. The employees are friendly and greet you with a smile. I don't know who does the hiring and training, but they need to be complemented on a job well done. You are providing your customers with great products and tremendous service! Congratulations and thank you!"

"I live in the Rivertown area and frequently shop at this publix and find the bagging staff to be the worst trained of any Publix in our area and there are at least three others and a Winn Dixie in the area. On a recent trip on Saturday I bought groceries which included fresh meats, vegetables, chips, and canned items. The young lady bagging my items put fresh deli meats in with my raw chicken(Salmenella risk) when I tried to stop that from happening by asking her as the item was scanned and shoved to her she ignored me and did it anyway I then said it again and she gave me a death stare then relented. Then the bag person proceeded to shove my potato chips (2 large bags) into a single bag, which was ok. However, she then forced my bananas (8) into the same bag I stopped her before she crushed the chips which she thru the bananas back on the counter surely bruising them, then snatched the bag with the chips off of the hanger and flung them with attitude into the buggy. This unfortunately happens more often than not at this publix by different members of the bagging team. I have said something to the Manager on duty but obviously that didnt get corrected."

"I waited at the Deli for almost 15 minutes on a busy Saturday afternoon. There loads of Publix employees back and forth working like beaver. Where was the help in Deli. One person waiting on line is atrocious. When I finally got services. The next person who came up to the counter for served by a Publix employee. What a joke! She should have had to wait 15 minutes like I did. The customer who left apologize but I explained it was not his fault that I had to wait. And wait I did!"

"Nice location and has a salad bar, which is not normal for Publix. Very clean and spacious. Workers were all very helpful and friendly. Make sure to check out the deals up front on clearance and bogos"
