"I would give them zero stars if I could. The absolute worst customer service and communication ever. I’ve been by THREE times to pick up the same prescription and I still don’t have it. I dropped it off and when I returned to pick it up they said “sorry out of stock. We ordered some more.” Second time, I went to pick it up and tech said “I have to print a new label for it and our printer is down. Sorry”. Third time I went by (a week later) and they said “it’s been put back” and I said “can you get it? I need it tonight” and the tech replied “no. It’ll be ready by tomorrow after 11.” “Why can’t you fill it? It’s 5:30 and you don’t close until 6.” “It’ll be ready tomorrow after 11.” Horrible horrible HORRIBLE! I guess they don’t work the last 30 min of the shift!"
