CVS 11398 Quail Roost Drive, Miami, FL 33157

"You would think that the store manager would look at these reviews and correct the issues there. Long wait times, disrespectful employees, horrible customer service, I rather drive 10 minutes longer to another cvs, than to deal with the people there. How many horrible reviews will it take to get this corrected? Or does cvs corporate have to be contacted. This is the worst cvs I’ve ever been to around the country. A pharmacy in a third would country does better than this place. Someone please fire everyone and hire new staff, and train them in customer service, until then, I will never step foot in this place."

"This is a horrible pharmacy. They do not tend to patients. Waited in line with 20 other people for about 30 min when they just closed the gate to shut down for lunch. With all those people outside waiting. So many people working in the pharmacy and only 1 tech attending to the line"

It seems that one goes to have things given to us for free and they don't realize that they are sick people and entitled to respect. they can look for better quality people.
