"I give this store one start an I don't even want to give it that... Experience I had at the store was the worst experience I ever had my husband and I ever accused of shoplifting but the woman could not tell us what we shoplifted nor did they want to pull their cameras to show where we stole anything so in my eyes the people that work here are prejudiced... When we are the normal working everyday white people and went and spent money in the store two to three times a week.. since this has happened we have spoke to several different people that has have similar experiences with the same lady that accused us of shoplifting. Thank you.."

"No matter what job you have in life, always remember that great customer service will take you a very long way. Apparently at this location customer service means nothing. I needed help finding a few items so I asked the cashier for help, she was the only one I saw to ask, honey you would've thought I had cursed her out or something...she was rude, I told her honey nevermind and walked out. I'm a very polite person, not matter how I'm feeling you'll never hear me being rude to anyone. They need a customer service class."

"Was at the Soutel drive location Saturday 1/30/21 around 2pm. I was originally third in line for around 10 minutes. It was only one cashier working and the customer she was waiting on had a cart full of items. The customer was very slow and very needy asking questions about coupons And prices on different items. The cashier was very accommodating and helpful to the customer. An off-duty employee in line in front of me decided to help out without pay being the line had grown to 11 customer not counting the two that left. From what I could see Dollar General has two very good employees but they should not be put in such situations with no help. The company need to address problems like this immediately!! Sad situation but great employees."

"I shop there every week. The shelves are always stocked with each item displayed. I've used the bathroom twice in the past, it's been clean each time. The customer service is superb. The older gentleman goes above and beyond to assist consumers. The petite brunette female is very knowledgeable about the store items, and she will walk you to an item if you cannot find it. Always with a smile she helps everyone."
