I had an experience today where they said my card was declined, when I called the bank they said it went through for $0.00… The employee ran out to take the drinks from me and everything. 30 minutes wasted from lack of training."

"Never been to a gas station that’s consistently terrible. “Card only” signs frequently, staff always chatting with each other or texting on their phones not paying attention to customers, letting the line get 10+ people deep with 1 cashier. This is a known busy gas station, know your busy times and be prepared! I understand it’s just a gas station but you’re in the customer industry and dropping the all big time."
