"The downside this 7/11 is closer than most, most Employees here are pretty good, owner different story, they just need to pay closer attention to detail on their pricing on their shelves, double Check your cost on most items at check out. Just because you operate a store or business doesn't make you better than others."

"I went there today 5/25/22 asked for three packs of cigarettes, the lady says hundreds are shorts, I said shorts I didn't say hundreds. Then Samantha whose supposedly the manager there comes from the candy aisle cuz that's more important than the five customers in front of her and says why are you always rude when you come here I should put a trespass on you, and then I say I'm not always rude when I come in here but since you asking the issue I will tell you your coffee is always cold, the beers always warm, you never have any paper for the gas pumps outside to get a receipt, while you sit here and stock candy there's 12 people in line, you have people that sit out front and smoke with the line going all the way back to your slurpee machine, and you're calling me rude you should know customer service but obviously you don't. I really love all the responses from the so-called owner about the numerous complaints oh please send us more information, like you need more information about putting paper in your gas pumps so people can get a receipt from the gas pump? Is it rocket science?"

"Cashier was sitting on counter playing on phone. My daughter spilled her drink and the cashier didn’t bother to offer assistance. When it came time to pay she didn’t have any pennies. I don’t really care about the pennies. But for me being someone who has worked in gas stations for 10 years. It’s not professional. Every time the customers would walk away she would go back to sitting on the counter. All while someone else had previously spilled something that left a trail from the fountain machines to the register. No hello. No have a good day. She was not people friendly. If she has time to lean she has time to clean."

"Had my information stolen on my debit card getting gas here. Tried to call the store a few times to alert them but they never answered. Gas skimmers have been placed on their pumps before. You think they would be more proactive making sure it didn't happen again but no. They don't care."

"I hadn’t stopped in this store in awhile because of terrible customer service. I stopped recently and saw Ron was back working there again. He alone is the only reason I shop there again. He’s very friendly and personable to customers and is helpful. I have neighbors that know Ron and shop there again because he’s there again. He’s helpful and always seems to come help if the line gets long or if theres a problem. There are still some people there that aren’t very friendly and seem to forget the customer should always be first! Overall it’s not as bad as it once was. If things are bad I will leave a review to let people know, I try and let people know when things are good. I’m not on here to praise one employee, I have seen Ron several times, and he hasn’t changed. If he were bad I would be telling everyone! Welcome back Ron, and I think they are finally focusing on customer service! Kudos to management!"
