"They've been our supplier of crickets for our Leopard spotted gecko for almost 2 years now. They're super nice, very informative, and always have great service. My wife and I always check out the other animals and reptiles and fish while we wait for our crickets. It's definitely one of the best hole in the wall pet shop's hands down."

"Horrible service! Was there to buy aquatic plants and turtle food. I was totally ignored then proceeded to register to pay for turtle food. Being next in line waiting I was then ignored again as the guy behind the register decided to help 2 women who just got there after me. It's not like they were busy and packed but to be totally disrespected by being ignore is not acceptable. I left without purchase and went to another store to do business."

"I was a little disappointed by the sales team at this store as I mentioned I knew nothing about the chameleon I was buying and can you please explain what the care entails so that I know what I am getting into. I decided to move forward buying a cage lights droppers food vegetation the whole setup and two chameleons for the new tank. The first thing they do when putting them in the tank is start to fight. After minimal online research I was buying a new tank and setup because they are solitary animals and prefer no tank mates. Something I feel the store should of addressed as I said I was new and tell me everything I need to know. Needless to day the extra equipment was bought at a diffrent store as I wasn't going to reward them for shady practices lizard 50 cage and such over 300...."
