The manager was very helpful and excellent knowledge of the supplement/wellness industry! Great store neat and clean. Great staff."

"WOW, worst experience one could imagine. Came with online coupon and lady was so rude and refused to accept coupons that said $20 off $75 order. No stipulations on the coupon. Made up some lame excuses, so we asked about the $10 coupon on first visit and she came up with more lame excuses. Avoid this place. Also, asked if we were ready to check out when standing at checkout for several minutes while she took her time talking to the previous customer??? Looked very ill and not a good example for a health store employee!!! Never dealt with such a weirdo in my life!!!! PS Called the number you gave me and they didn't know a thing about calling them to make right????????????"

"By far the worst customer service. EVER. When I recently went to replenish some vitamins and asked an employee where the CoQ10 was, I was told, “you need to wait, I’m counting something”….an absolutely ridiculously rude attitude. I strongly dislike having to go to this store, but there have been times when I was out of what I needed. I can’t stand this store. Period. The end."
