"I ordered online for the first time, I did not receive the entire order and the fruit was inedible, rotten. I contacted the pick up who had not sent the water packs without complaining about the fruit. They told me they had found the packs and were going to make another delivery, 2 days later again I received half of what was missing."

My online order was canceled after my money was taken, and the only response I received in store as to why was “I don’t know I wasn’t here last night.” This unacceptable for me. After I called customer service they informed me more than 1/2 my order was unavailable. Therefore I have to blame the app. Online ordering is not accurate & this could happen to you."
