"The location is key - not many other places to shop in this area. Selection is decent but sometimes gets low on inventory. Doesn't take long to shop or check out. Employees are helpful and kind."

"Update - since my previous post, this Family Dollar has improved so much. The current employees have been very nice and the shelves are starting to fill up again. I understand that it is hard finding employees and probably the employees that showed up were overworked and overwhelmed. So I get it. Thanks. This place has absolutely no custom service whatsoever still empty shevles and it's all you can do to get a cashier to even check you out, they could care less about making sales so I have no idea how any retail store makes payroll without sales. This isn't a one time thing this is an observation over the last six months and it's very poor service."

"Good overall. Pretty much what you would expect for family dollar. The best part of the experience was the cashier's. They were fast, friendly and had genuine smiles and that is so very rare in the world we live in today. I wouldn't mind the price of everything so much now if it came with the customer service standard we had twenty years ago. That's the quality of service and genuinely caring the two ladies working the registers displayed. Thank you"
