"Stopped to get a hot chocolate and big gulp. Sign says on the fountain machine that the big gulps are $0.89. They only have ONE size cup in all the holders below, and they all say big gulp. Get to pay and they wouldn’t honor it and said it was for the regular big gulp, not extra large. That’s the only size they had available and out to use! If you don’t have the right cups, take the signage down (which doesn’t say what size big gulp to use.)"

"Again no receipt at the pump. Working man here, I need to have receipts for the gas I purchase. I don’t have time to wait on online to get a receipt. Will never buy gas from 7/11 again."

"I went to the store on the way to work to purchase food. I purchased a taquito and a Slurpee. The Slurpee machine was not cleaned properly and gave me poisoning. The food was overcooked and had been sitting on the rack for a few hours as it was very hard and not edible. For the following days I developed a stomach ache and other symptoms. This experience has taught me not to trust gas station food. I will not be trusting this establishment again."

"Extremely poor customer service!! Pumps not accepting credit card must prepay but then still didn't work. We were told we didn't walk fast enough back to the pump!!! The third time we went in the manager finally came out and closed that pump. He said "they haven't been working all day" it's 2:00pm!! Took 30 minutes to get 10.00 of gas. We'll never be back there again"
