"Called to ask some questions regarding my prescription and the automated system was pretty simple and connected me with a pharmacist pretty quickly. They were super helpful and pickup was speedy using the app."

"Went in to get a vaccination. Pharmacy told me I couldn't have that vaccination without prescription. My CVS Health chart now says I received that vaccine that I never got. Good job, CVS!"

"The pharmacist was unable to retrieve a complete list of medications that were sent five times by the doctor's office, and three times by the hospital. I was in the pharmacy speaking to the pharmacist as my doctors office sent a complete list three times. I know this because I was also on the phone with my doctors office while i was talking to the pharmacist. Now should be thankful because i did get the first medication on the list of 14. Do I really need those other thirteen medications anyways? Well two weeks passed, & I visited this CVS pharmacy a total of 6 times. Every visit I kept hearing the pharmacist blame the hospital or the doctor, & then blaming the computer system too. Unfortunately though, I suffered an event in direct result to symptoms caused by not taking my medications. Its deadly for me go without my medications, and I had been without for several days. I explained to the pharmacist I was without meds but that was words I wasted for nothing. I decided to give up on this Pharmacy for good, having nearly died and all due to their negligence you know. I had to be resuscitated after suffering Cardiac Arrest but no big deal right? Oh I know, it must have been the system right? I told the pharmacist in Publix across the street from CVS what happened to me. I still needed these medications so I stopped in to PUBLIX on my way home from the hospital. Immediately, the pharmacist contacted my doctors office, who then sent the exact same list of medications, using the exact same method as they used when the repeatedly sent this list to CVS. Also, PUBLIX OSCEOLA POLK LINE ROAD-OLD LAKE WILSON ROAD DAVENPORT FLORIDA, filled this entire list of medications for me in under 1 hour. Yes, all of the medications in under 1 hour. Understand now, that within this hour, PUBLIX had also made that call to my doctor to get the list. I wanted to see if maybe CVS was worth using again, so without any expectation I visited this CVS 3 weeks later. It was unsettling to find that no one had filled my prescriptions. What's even more disturbing about it all is the fact that didn't even have the common courtesy, or professionalism to make even one phone call to my doctor or to the hospital to get the list of medications so they could get them for me. They never took the moment to contact me either. I'm so happy that I chose PUBLIX. I wouldn't have taken the prescriptions from CVS if they had filled them, I was just curious to see if they had that's all. On my last visit to CVS, I waited in line behind a 64 year old woman with conditions requiring meds like me. She had been to this CVS three days in a row hoping to pick up her medications. Her doctor had resent once again, a list of medications I heard her say. She left empty handed for the third day in a row. I never bothered to tell the pharmacist to cancel all my prescriptions when he made another excuse for not having them. I figured If no one is capable of retrieving the complete list, why the need to tell anyone to cancel them right? I also had refused to waste any more of my time my patience and my life in CVS. For the short remainder of time I have left, I will require several of these medications if I want to live. I clearly don't have the time for unprofessional, unethical, lazy nonsense nor anymore negligence. A good pharmacist/Pharmacy, would have contacted the doctor or the hospital to get the list of these medications. Even a bottom of the barrel Pharmacy/pharmacist would do that. In my case, it was the same pharmacist every time I visited this CVS. I attempted to pick up my scripts by making 6 visits in a two week period. I stopped trying after I ended up being taken to the hospital by ambulance. This was after suffering cardiac arrest in direct result to missing too many doses of my medications. Should I accept all of the excuses made by this pharmacist? I wont accept these excuses and i will never risk my life again by foolishly trusting CVS with my life."
