"A whole shelf full of regular milk had a label for $4.09. When at the register, the milk rang up for $5.29. I told the attendant and the old white man refused to help or override the price telling me the prize was $5.29 and thats it. He argued with me, very impolitely, very unprofessional raised his voice at me and even used profanity. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have received at a 7/11 ever. Taking the label off does nothing for me as a customer. This was not my mistake but yours. Grow a pair and Honor the price on the shelf. No wonder why this store has such a low rating."

"You ever want to stand in line for almost 10 minutes to ask for a receipt while the employee at the counter is talking on the phone and yelling at a female customer who is having problems the stores credit card machine? Yea, me neither, but that was my morning here."

"I always come to this store when I’m visiting my home in Florida which is every weekend for long periods of time. I never have any issues. Well today when I came all I asked the lady was, are you new to working at this store? She was a Spanish lady that I never saw working there before. I only asked Because she asked me for ID and usually when ppl know your face they stop asking for ID! She proceeds to get very nasty with me based on Tht question long story short she tells me she can deny me service if I keep going! I said deny me service for what I gave you my ID she repeats the same thing again so I told her f her because I’m not sure who she was talking to I’m a grown 40 yr old woman and you’re talking to me like a child all because I asked were you new? Needless to say she’s very lucky you can’t go around talking to ppl crazy she was very rude ignorant and disrespectful for no reason and she’s gonna come across the wrong person one day if she keeps at that unprofessional behavior!!!! I’m done visiting that location because next time it won’t be a bunch of words simple as that good day and I will be calling corporate about her as well"

"I bought a cold eggroll “ a refrigerator cold egg roll” I just took a bite outside and came back in and the manager said the egg rolls in the back of the roller are cold and I should’ve grabbed it from the front of the roller so he said he cannot exchange it since I took it from the back of the roller terrible service. He rather trade a cold eggroll for a bad review, and a complaint. This was a grey shirt manager with no name tag."

"Everyday I stop before and after work and I get a pleasant experience, everyone is great as well as Melanie who I think is very nice and patient. Overall it’s pleasant to shop there."
