"Came at 7:50pm on a Sunday. Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes then went to go inside....the doors were locked. The cashier said they closed the inside at 7 on Sundays. Since when? Not stopping here ever again"

"I usually try to give this place the benefit of the doubt because they are close by and 24 hrs yet somehow I'm ALWAYS disappointed. They have a revolving door of employees, you will never see the same people there and it seems like they don't need any qualifications to get hired. These people NEVER know what are you talking about, they don't know how to make a drink correctly, always out of things, orders get messed up in the mornings. Since haines city is up and coming I would hope they will figure it out eventually"

"Horrible experience. Ordered a mobile order to pick up inside. Get to the counter and there is only one drink. I tell them I’m missing one drink and they proceed to tell me it’s because they are out of brown sugar. I tell them that’s fine but I still payed for my drink and need a refund or replacement..? The girl didn’t seem to understand. Finally after waiting 10 minutes they get me a replacement. I walk out to my car and go through the bag and I’m missing a food item so I walk back in the store and tell them what I'm missing. The same girl said”..did you check the bag?” I said “yes that why I came back in, if I need to I can show you my receipt.” She said then, “all the way at the bottom of the bag?” I said “again, yes that’s why I came back in if you need to look in the bag that’s fine”, “I can’t just look in your bag…” exasperated at this point I tell her what I’m missing and then takes another 10 minutes to get a popular item ready. Also was not given my free donuts on Wednesday after purchasing 2 beverages. No one even offered. 0 customer service. Never once did they ask me what I was missing either time, or offer to replace or refund me. I had to prompt them to do all this. Will not be returning to this location."

"After patiently waiting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes, I get to the window, and the drive thru lady is just sticking her hand out at me like I’m not reaching as far as I can to give her my card, so I have to unlock my doors, open my door and literally almost stand up to receive my order and to give her my payment. After receiving my order, I’m highly disappointed/dissatisfied with not only the customer service here but the food quality.. my wakeup wrap was completely burn and as hard a rock but I was served the food anyways?? Coming from someone who works in a restaurant.. it really seems like the people that work at this Dunkin, DO NOT ENJOY their job. Definitely won’t be back."
