"I have been coming to this CVS for 8 years and had just accepted the poor customer service without complaint. However, today was too much. My prescription was not ready. I was told my Doctor had not authorized it and I would have to contact them. Absolutely not a problem, I will contact them on Monday. But it is Sunday and I do not have any thyroid medication left. I asked for a 3 day supply until the refill is called in. I was treated as if I was a huge inconvenience and then I was spoken to like a child. I do not appreciate this kind of treatment."
