You will see 10-12 customers standing in line while 4 employees milled around straightening pineapple, making coffee, etc. instead of assisting the one employee who was checking people out. I'd rather go somewhere else, where I'm not invisible, than spend my money where I don't matter."

I go in the store about twice a day most days and always get a warm welcome as well as good customer service. I hate going to a store where they feel like they did you a favor for coming to work.
