Reviews
"I love shopping at CVS and the staff are great. They recently switched to a voicemail only system - meaning if you call to speak with the pharmacy staff- you can never speak to a human but are forced to leave a voicemail. This method won’t work for every one and it doesn’t work for me. It’s an awful concept and I hope I never have to call there."
"Kathy accused me of shoplifting when she could not find the receipt in her system for the purchase I just paid for. She was extremely disrespectful and condescending to me while she struggled to pull up my receipts. I have never been treated like that & will not be going back to this location. She paged herself on the phone and then mysteriously printed out THE PROOF of my purchases. What a terrible, dark-hearted, troubled person you have chosen to represent leadership at your store."
"Katherine is the best! I was having trouble using a coupon at the register the other day, and she helped me. Her friendliness, effort and patience with a clueless idiot like myself was exceptional. I just wanted to commend her on doing a great job and thank her again. CVS is lucky to have her!"
"Who would have known that asking a simple question at the check out counter can lead to a disgruntled employee being upset that she had to help. I mean all we ask was the cost of a particular clearance item. CVS needs to do what other retail stores do; offer customers service to their customer instead of attitude. Judging by the lack of good reviews at this location I’mm sure corporate doesn’t care."
"I was overcharged at the register and tried to get associate Sunday to help. She could not comprehend that the item was three times more and argued with me. I left without having the matter resolved and without the item since Sunday would not take care of the issue for me. I called the store asking for the manager and she claimed to be the manager on duty, speaking over me, failing to apologize after realizing that the product had been improperly packaged and had the wrong sku on it. I will never return to that store and probably go back to Walgreens since I was a Walgreens customer for many years."
