"I paid $30 after tip for one entree. I got the blackened salmon with a butter sauce with rice and broccoli. The plate had one line of rice and a ton of broccoli that felt like it was frozen and reheated (hard broccoli, not steamed), and the sauce wasn’t even that great. For being as expensive as it was the quality was sub-par and it felt like they were rationing."

"So I would typically rate this a 5 star, usually everyone is nice and things are stocked and good. But my experience at the delli is ALWAYS SO BAD it brings the rating down a lot. I love my sandwich’s, so I go weekly to the delli. And the darker older guy who closes is the nastiest man there. This is the third time with him, and he always says something disgusting and rude, it’s like he goes out his way to just be rude. I always just brush it off and talk back kindly because sometimes that’s needed for them to be kind back… the first time he was sighing and complaining about having to be there working and kinda rushed me to hurry and ordered what I wanted. Fine. The second time he refused service because he said it was 30 minutes till closing and he doesn’t FEEL LIKE cutting anything. This time he said “Oh you’re just in time I was just about to go on break” and I just gave a smile and ignored it then he follows it with a “come on speak fast” … WHAT??? Yea no if you’re that miserable find another profession or at least keep your bitterness to yourself. I’ve worked in customer service since 16 restaurants call centers you name it, it’s never an excuse to be outright rude . I did call about it and the service management was awesome about taking care of it and communicating it with the team. Besides that this place is always clean and stocked, pretty friendly too!"

"Terrible service, the woman who provides the service is pathetically, she is bitter, she is rude, you ask her for a drink and her response is always rude, I have visited this place twice with my boyfriend and the experience is always bad, this woman from the night that she is at the bar she is daring, rude, shameless, you ask her for a drink and she says that she is tired to provide this service, shameless rude, she is not giving me anything that we are consuming for her to be so daring, bad service, she thinks she's the owner and she's a stupid employee, that miserable woman doesn't even deserve a tip, she says her name is Mezmarie, the WORST customer service person in Orlando"

"I called to confirm a product was available since I live a long way away, then when I got there the product was up on a high shelf and they didn’t have anyone to operate the forklift so I had to leave. I asked to talk to the manager but they would only respond to the employee helping me on the radio. The employee was really sweet but the manager couldn’t even be bothered to come talk to me. Terrible management, terrible customer service."

"Good local BJ's. They have the selection you expect with varying consistency. Store is well-kept - staff is friendly and well trained. Hard to find specific items sometimes because of the warehouse style of store. On more than one occasion an Item was on display near the registers instead of next to associated items in the aisle. Staff is willing to search the store for (with) you, when asked. We have been member since 2010 and I have always enjoyed my shopping experience. Seeing 2 people tag team a checkout is like watching a choreographed dance."
