"Your App and website are the worst in history! While signing into my account I have to deal with 2 pop up ads. What the hell is that good for? While trying to complain vie your “contact us” form, more pop up ads. There is no way of finishing anything online/in your app without being bombarded with pop up ads. Sorry, I deleted the app and I may shop in your store if I pass by. No more checking ahead what I am looking for because you make it impossible!"
"Some items are faulty and do not work. If it’s led lighting, I’ve had poor success. Last time I forgot my receipt and they would only give me store credit minus 20% (~$5). They told me this after I went shopping for ~$150 worth. $5 might seem small, but it’s about the principal. I’ll shop at Home Goods moving forward — the prices aren’t too far off and they have a better return/exchange policy. Staff is friendly enough, so stars go to them."
