"I don’t understand how franchise like these that been in the market so long and they have a lot of customer traffic. Hire a short mind and zero quality customer service manager. Her poor criteria and her lazy Venezuelan actitud, doesn’t help customer to be engagement to the store and feel welcome to comeback and shop again. Poor customer that need to support a manager that is just in her position for a money income and not for pasión and leadership. WOW. Pressuring customer by been racist and unkind. Awfully experience. Never comeback to this store. They should hire a professional person with experience in high quality customer service"

"Store with a wide variety of products at low prices. On the day of the visit, made in the early evening, the store was totally disorganized. Boxes, carts of goods and products were scattered everywhere, making it difficult for people to pass and see the products on display. Few employees, with only one open cashier."

"Pleased with this store like any other dollar store has lots to offer but as always remember the cost is 1.25 per item you may find it at Walmart or target for less ( be a smart shopper) I had a great experience in this store my daughter is autistic and we have taught her that you must pay for anything you get in a store .with that being said she placed her stuff on the belt to be paid for and [ an unfortunate event I forgot the cashiers name MALE] rang up her stuff and placed the items in her own bags mind you we had a buggy full of the normal stuff and many of the same things as her but she without any words from us or her he instinctively gave her ,her own bags and she asked to see the receipt, was very pleasant and the store was clean isles not blocked by any boxes of stock even though it was bessy we were helped on many times of asking with zero 0 attitude about it my daughter is very independent and ask for help a lot and she was treated like an adult my wife was pleased and impressed with the whole thing"
