"No quick in and out here If you need to quickly get thru a checkout with 10 items or less it isn’t happening often enough at Publix Dr Phillips Marketplace. Management doesn’t ever permit associates to enforce the 10 items or less signage at Publix or they get in trouble and shoppers cheat on this all the time. If you’re in a hurry, go to the newly renovated Walmart neighborhood center with 16 easy to use and quick self checkouts with no lines."

"12/23/2023 9:30-10:30 am Some of your employees seem to be blatantly sabotaging and trying to destroy your business. I visited this store today and I passed by the bakery. Often as I pass by here someone behind the counter offers me a cookie, I usually decline but today I was in the mood of trying one to see if I liked it and would by some. Well, when I got to the counter Vanessa ( I was given her name and Amandas name by Amanda the bakery manager.), was there and I politely asked her if I could have/try one of the cookies that was on display at the bakery counter, she responded with a hard no, and she insisted and several times stated no, like it was something personal with her stating, ¨those are only for children¨ with a very unprofessional, gas-lighting, tone and attitude. I couldn't believe her rude, degrading, (how dare I ask her, I should be ashamed), short, belligerent, and disrespectful, tone and attitude. I said excuse me, Vanessa then called her ¨manager¨, (it is always a tell tale, sign when an employee who is so blatantly rude, wrong, and unprofessional, is so eager to call their manager who is often their buddy and who they know will cover their back especially when they are in the wrong). And not surprisingly that is exactly what happened. I spoke to Amanda the bakery manager about the situation and she made what seemed to me all kinds of excuses for Vanessa's behavior. The both of them do not seem to care nor have a clue of how to treat a customer. Now, I did not know that the cookies offered were only for children but this was not about a cookie this was an opportunity to degrade, gaslight, chastise, and humiliate, a customer and some of your employees just seem not to be able to deny themselves this temptation. This situation could have been easily handled by a competent employee, graciously giving the cookie and pointing out for future references that they are usually only for children. But this incident was not about a cookie this seemed was a chance to humiliate, chastise, and degrade a customer and it seems that some of your employees just cannot wait for opportunities like this. This behavior is so unprofessional and it makes one wonder what kind of people run this place, were some employees seem to not even possess the most basic education needed for the job and seem to have no customer service skills. If you as a company want to survive, this attitude has got to stop. Guys you have got to get rid of these rude, ego maniacal, disrespectful, toxic and unprofessional attitudes, that make customers feel despised, disrespected, and hated. Sad that this needs to be even said, business is not about catering and soothing your egos but it is to serve the customer. You are destroying your business by what seems to be allowing these kind of attitudes to fester and prosper in your company and if this is what you want you are definitely on the right track."

"I love this Publix, super clean, staff is friendly, like super friendly and knowledgeable. The customer service in each department is amazing. Today I visited the deli, too many things at work so I need it to grab something delicious to eat and get back to the office. It never disappoints! I was in and out in a heartbeat, order was perfect, and please know they not only have subs, they have mac and cheese, chicken, pork, fries, I mean you name it they have it. You can make it a combo if you like, and they also have family meals....super convenient. I love it!"

"I love how friendly the workers are. I went today to try the new smoothie and pick up some lunch. The worker was just so kind and let us try samples. The pumpkin smoothie she made was AMAZING, tasted so fresh and better than a starbucks drink. Everything is so organized I can find things with ease."

"This store is a pleasure to shop in. They have pretty much anything that you will need, from sushi to souvenirs, they have it all. Anytime I have shopped here the staff have been friendly and welcoming. The produce is always fresh and top grade. The bakery always has nice treats and the deli and cheese counter is always well stocked. There are always beautiful bouquets in the flower section and they have nice plants and balloons. This Publix has a cooking school and a nice selection of wine (they have a separate liquor store). As you weave through the store you will find a great selection of meats, and dairy (as well as non-dairy options) and the shelves are always well stocked. The pharmacy is well equipped and it seems this store has it all (bbq and pool supplies too). Employee Frank (one of the managers) is always very helpful and friendly. Such a nice store."
