"I went in today and was amazed at the service given by Roxanne. She was getting customers through the line fast and she was still friendly and giving good service. I've gotten to know her over the time she's been working there and she has always been pleasant. She gets to know the customers names and even gets to know the kids. I know when my kids go in after school that she makes sure they're with who they're supposed to be with and staying out of trouble. She loves her job and employees like her should be valued"
