Sunrise Eatery

"The Sunrise Eatery is a can’t miss if you’re in the area. They have a full menu all day, so if you want breakfast in the afternoon, it’s all yours. There is plenty of parking with the strip mall it’s close to. The interior is interesting for sure. They do get busy, so try to come at a slow time. The food is outstanding. I had a triple decker club sandwich and it’s almost too much to eat. It’s big. Very big. I also had the biscuits and gravy that I liked a lot. The gravy is HEAVY so plan accordingly. It’s very filling. The pancakes are large and delicious. If I’m in the area again I’ll likely just get some pancakes and be full the rest of the day. If you’re in the area and haven’t eaten here, shame on you. If you haven’t eaten here yet, do it. There are so many options on the menu, certainly something for everyone. I’ll be back next time I’m in the area. Thanks for the great meal!"

"Overall it was good food but did not seem very welcoming. We have recently moved in this area and heard a lot about this breakfast joint. However, when we came in we were waiting outside thinking that the waitresses would check but felt we were ignored, then when I entered and checked at the counter, a short lady asked us in a strong voice (no smiles or hello) if we wanted to sit in a booth or table. Although the server was good but the short lady was helping on serving us again no smiles, came out unfriendly. I am guessing the owner and the team are used to local crowd so they are not accustomed to serving people from diverse background. Otherwise, the food was really good, we would love to come back again, one experience is too short to rule this out completely."

"The waitress made me feel uncomfortable I kept shaking it off but when it was time to pay she was right behind me waiting that was not Acceptable she was watching me to see if and how much tip I would leave. Food was alright. Atmosphere was nice."

"We stopped here for a quick lunch on our way home on a Sunday afternoon, and the experience was overall quite nice. Even though there was a waiting list, it didn't take too long to be seated, nor took too long to order and receive our food. The food was good, the service, very friendly, and the portions very generous. The atmosphere is also pleasant and relaxed. I would definitely recommend them for grabbing a quick bite!"

"Sunrise Eatery offers huge portions. They are a great value for the money. They offer unique menu items you won't find anywhere else, such as the Bananas Butterscotch Belgian Waffles. It was delicious! Our service was awesome. Our drinks stayed full and our food was delivered quickly. Even the manager came by to talk with us a couple of times. The ambiance is lively with a lot of nostalgic memorabilia strategically placed around for a diner's enjoyment. We enjoyed the music. Elvis and other 50's and 60's classics. Breakfast is served all day. You can also order lunch during breakfast time, s8nce they offer a huge all day menu. Overall, we enjoyed a great meal here, and we will be back again soon."
