"I was shamed and refused service because I tried to apply a $10 off coupon for my birthday And then literally kicked out of the store, they called the cops on me even after I said forget about the coupon And just cut my hair, where the barber refused, and my mind discriminated against me. when I call corporate and leave a voicemail, they never responded."

"Get ready to be INSULTED in this store, and if you don't know how to defend yourself, the manager will want you out of the store in 10 minutes. I am a person who knows exactly what I want, I had 4 pictures of myself showing exact the style I need, front, back, left, and right, I had them all. And it is very simple, just high and tight. While talking to the stylist to get to where I want, the manager came to the stylist and told her to stop providing service, because she thinks I changed my mind 5 times, a guy with a pich of hair, only looking for a simply high and tight changed his mind 5 times in less than 15 minutes. She did all this in front of my face without looking at me. I got so shocked that I couldn't believe what just happened, and then when then cut is finished, I still had too much on the sides, so I had no choice but to garb the sissors to cut it myself, and fo course I was stopped, and I put it down right after. I told her she did not give me any choice, and that she refuse to provide a full service, the only reply I got is "you changed your mind too many times, you just did", and "don't yell at me". What do you expect when you insult a suctomer??? A prize??? I still can't believe sportclips would have this type of disrespectful, super rude people as manager, I had a extremely terrible experience in this store, no wonder there are so many 1 star reviews for this store. If you think you did not get what you want, and had similar experience as I did, share it here, let everyone know that this store is NO NO NO, unless they fix this problem. Again, get ready to be INSULTED in this store, and get ready to DEFEND yourself, otherwise, you will get out with both terrible hair and terrible mood."

"Should have listened to the poor reviews. People do not know how to cut hair. I asked if they can do a fade. Their response “yeah we do them all the time” (soon to find out they know how to do them… just not well at all.) They know how to buzz your head and trim the top so it looks like an egg. Still have long hairs around my ears and the back of my neck is squared off… on an angle so it’s not even level it’s crooked. A REAL HACK-JOB… literally. Even showed them a picture of what I wanted and told them verbally twice. just because you’re swamped with customers does not give you permission to completely blow off your customers and give them a less than perfect haircut because you’re RUSHING and making mistakes. Unacceptable."

"Their eagerness to sell me an overpriced low quality hair product... My 1st time was amazing. 2nd and 3rd time I couldn't set an appointment with the same stylist, so I tried with 2 different stylists... I cant' tell which one was worst, either the 2nd time with her horrible atitute or... the 3rd time that next day I had to go to another place for them to fix the mess they did! RIDICULOUS!!!. Never coming back, never recommending this place."
