"My first time at this beauty bar. They have lots of options for beauty treatments like lashes, facials, waxing, nails, hair, etc. All in one place which is convenient. The location is clean and beautiful and comfy. I booked a lash removal and hybrid full set with Gigi. I am VERY disappointed in my service. Gigi was gentle and very sweet, but the appointment seemed to draaaaaag on for longer than i expected. She asked me what style i like and how long and i even showed her a picture. My lashes in the picture were 11/12 and i mentioned that to her but for some reason when i saw my lashes they looked like all i had was a 10 size classic put on which is NOT what i asked for nor what i booked. The price i paid for the lashes i received is not worth it AT ALL. The lashes were soft but they are so thin. I dont feel like i have ANY fans at all, all single lashes. Basically i paid for my natural lash length. And they started to fall out hours later the same day of my service. Everyday i look at my lashes and am sooooo disappointed for the price i paid and its been less than a week. that is the reason for my review. I applaud the salon for the cleanliness, comfort, and convenience. Gigi was kind and gentle. But the outcome of the service is poor for the price. And this salon is on the higher end if prices."
"I have been to several different lash techs in Broward and Gigi is spectacular! She has amazing attention to detail and listens to exactly what you’re looking for and does the job perfectly.
