"If I could give zero stars I would. Went today to get slushies for my kids. There was no small or medium slushie cups. So I asked the woman working there ( brown short boy cut hair) if there was anymore cups. She rudely dismissed me and said they don't sell those sizes. So I asked her if there was any slushie cups, because I only saw large and ex large big glup. Which I was getting for small children thats crazy. She said no what you see is what you get. Mind you while she is saying this, she is filling up a medium slushie cup. I asked what is that then and she said not for customers just door dash orders. What????she was so nasty. .I'm just dumbfounded. So I will be happy to say speedway received my business instead. They had small slushie cups, zero drama and the slushies were 1 ea. Win! Go to the Speedway on county line instead."

"Store is filthy and roach infested. Employees handle cash and then food without washing hands. Utterly disgusting. Employees also can't count, nor do they have a clue about customer service. Will be reporting to the Board of Health."

"We come to this 711 all the time, it's right by our house and usually it is great! But for whatever reason this store that is usually open 24 hours 7 days is closed Tonight. Door is locked and the cashier ( who I've never seen before) is standing by the door waving people away. No explanation when I asked why, just a rude look and and arm raise as if to say, "Why are you asking questions, can't you see the 4 inch sign that I hand wrote Closed on""

"As a former field consultant I obviously understand what the expectation is for customer service. I frequent the store on occasion today's visit was lackluster no immediate greeting then again no greeting at all I sat in front of a register for about 30 seconds while someone was counting money in front of me and then I moved over to the next register where another employee was standing. I never got a thank you or anything. As I pumped gas, the employee who was counting money came out front and leaned on the open the front door with her foot on the glass on the glass which is pretty unsightly. So store manager and field consultant please be aware of these issues and hopefully things will get better thanks."

"Manager is very nice. I was over charged for American Spirit Cigarettes, shelf said it was 7.69 pack when buying two packs. Regular price is 9.10. should have gotten 2.81 off and only received 1.54 off. There is an error in their pricing system. She refunded 1.28 and was very nice about it."
