"Looks nice, bathrooms locked. Trash everywhere like homeless are in woods next to it. Lots of rules but looks fun foe those who skate like my stepson."
"Only issue is some of the punk kids. We travel and have been doing skateparks for over 20 years. There has been a lot of local kids that are very negative and mean- we don’t normally see that. Most of the time it’s a positive environment with encouragement of others. Not bullies and this definitely has its share of bullies."
"Beautiful skatepark. The concrete is so smooth. Plenty of seating. Clean restrooms on site. Two bowls, ramps and rails as well as flat ground to ride on."
"My friend skates, not me. However I have had the opportunity to drive him to a few area parks in recent months. That being said, this place is freakin beautiful! I was already impressed as we turned down the main road into the Sports Park. Smooth open road makes a slight bend or two as it passes a school and a hotel and leads into the recreation venues including the skate park. Clear signage indicates which way to go and then in the parking lot….right in front row prime parking spots the most beautiful signs you’ve ever seen that say “SKATE PARKING ONLY.” I know right!?!?! Also, there are bathrooms within feet of the area and park benches beside the sidewalk path. We visited on a Saturday afternoon and the space was far from crowded or overwhelmed with people. So, if you’re undecided about coming , don’t be. Check it out. This place is awesome. I’ll wait for the final verdict from the actual skater in this scenario before making my final judgement. But barring any dramatic differences of opinion between myself and the hot skater I’m kickin’ it with today, I def give it 5 stars and will recommend this place in the future. Update:(from the hot guy who ACTUALLY skated it. #pepawusedtoshred) Hot skateboard guy says “I found the transition and layout unique. Artistic shaped pools with large and small transitions for skaters ranging from the somewhat novice to the skilled. The street (or plaza) section also has a unique design. I found the obstacles such as the hubba ledges and handrails were generally more complex and suited to proficient and skilled skaters, rather than the young novice skater. For the more experienced skater, it’s definitely challenging and exciting. I give it a solid 4 stars. State of the art park. If it had a little more shade and accessible water source I’d have given it a 5.”"
"So happy that our community has a new skatepark. Very professional built and clean fun for years to come."
