"I've been hired by associates of Cox Pools to reinstall vinyl fencing upon completion of many of their pool builds. I've been around construction for decades, and every poolscape is beautiful and professional, and the customers are always happy!"
"I have had my pool in service for 1 season (about 6 months) It has leaked since day one. They have been out 5 times or so, and cannot fix/find it. The pump only is primed to 20-25%. There is obviously a problem which is why it continually looses water. Now they say I have to pay 150 Dollars if they don't find the leak. They are not capable of finding the leak. And customer no service is no help. It is a total waste of an excellent sales person's effort."
"I would not recommend getting a pool installed by Cox. I paid $65,000 for a brand new pool that had a one-year warranty. 13 months after the pool was installed I began having leaks and they will not repair it so I have to reach out to a third-party to fix it. Also, it took three months longer to complete than they said."
