"I have been Care Pass member for several years and love all the savings and perks provided with rewards program. Plus service and friendly staff are great. Though busy in store, helpful staff brought me basket when saw me struggling with arms full of items."

"At least half of them are very rude, especially the pharmacy ...everytime & it has been years I've used them out of convenience. There's 1 pharmacist who has been there for years and she is fine."

"I don’t know what it is about this location but they are totally rude when you call, and prescriptions can take anywhere from 2 hours to 6 hours which makes zero sense. I’m switching all my prescriptions to The Prescription Place, you can get anything filled in 15 minutes and everyone is super nice there!"

"I don’t think a place of business can get any worse than CVS at Oak Creek shopping center. Need to reach the pharmacy? Good luck. You’ll be on hold for several minutes and you’re lucky if they even come back to you. When you pull up to the window, it takes several minutes for them to acknowledge you because it appears they’re more interested in what their coworkers have to say than attending to customers. There should be absolutely no reason for a customer to sit at the window for more than a minute (certainly not 10+ minutes and yes, this happens frequently) without at least being spoken to, especially when we can clearly see there are no customers at the inside counter AND there are 3-4 employees working. It’s pure negligence on their part. Also, I’m constantly having to QC THEIR work because on more than one occasion they have given me the wrong quantity of my medication. Count your pills, y’all. I have been going to this location for a couple of years simply out of convenience since it is very close to my home, but there is nothing convenient about having to get in your car and either drive up to the window or go inside to the counter just to ask a question about your medication because they can’t answer the phone. I recently had a rather urgent medication I needed a status on and was on hold for a total of 40 minutes. I stayed on hold while I got in my car and drove to the window so I could show them just how long I had been on hold and all 3 (maybe 4) staff members were standing around, talking and laughing with each other. I will be switching pharmacies ASAP due to the negligent and lackadaisical behavior that has increasingly worsened over the last several months (even though the service has never been good). You can’t blame poor service on COVID. Not sure if this a management problem on either the store’s behalf or the pharmacy/pharmacist’s, but they need to clean house and hire some efficient individuals because the current staff is not cutting it. Definitely NOT the type of business to be negligent of customers."
