"I used to love this place, but as of lately the employees have been super ignorant. One employee in particular. I understand how hard retail and customer service is, trust me, I work in it, but being so incredibly mean for no reason isn’t excusable. Also, please do something about the card readers on the pumps, they like to eat debit cards."

The girl at the counter today just before 4 was extremely condescending about how many he got because he had to buy packs instead of a carton which he usually does so he doesnt go as often. I think I'll just plan differently and spend my money somewhere else."

"If you don't mind standing in line for one employee at the cash register, when the other is usually in the freezer. Even when they are busy and there is usually 10 people waiting in line, they will have one cashier working. I've been going to this place for 15 years as it's close to where I live and it's always slow. Some of the employees are rude. For instance, tonight I went in their with my son because he wanted a certain drink. I asked the employee if they had it and before I could even finish my sentence, she said I don't know but you have 2 minutes and we're closing, so you better hurry it up. If there was another place closer, I wouldn't EVER go their again, till they taught the employees customer Courtesy. So my son just grabbed a drink he didn't even want. This place has gone downhill. They don't take Snap cards, you have to have correct change or credit card."

"Its probably the most cleanest convenience store in Pensacola, Staff is most friendly. This store has a high volume of business due to its remote location. Its pricey but aren't all C Stores."

"As far as a Tom Thumb goes this is one is ok. No major complaints other than the one I have across all Tom Thumb stores. Their coffee cups are horrible. They are now made of paper so you have to use a paper ring to not burn your hand. They paper ring gets hung up in my car's cup holder. In short... the new paper cups used by Tom Thumb suck.... so I know longer stop for my coffee here. Hey.... it may seem trivial... but it is my review.... and it is my money spent.... so I just go elsewhere. I have really liked what Cefco has to offer."
