"They had a lot of stuff that is hard to find in other places. They are very proud of what they have, and they reflect that pride and make it known in the price. I did find myself wanting in selection for a couple of things. But overall, not a bad experience."

"They stalked a shirt incorrectly. Put a different type of purple shirt wear another one should be. I work in retail, so I know this is a quite easy mistake to make but the employee just argued instead of actually looking. In order to get help in the first place, I had to interrupt an argument that he was having with another employee on the store floor. Real top notch ship they run here."

"Buyer beware: I purchased a lot of notions at this store. As I checked out, the cashier chatted up the young woman behind me. When I got home, I discovered he scanned a $28 item twice. I called the store and was told to bring in the item and receipt back for credit. The same cashier credited my VISA AND took the item! I grabbed it and said I paid twice for it and it was mine. He said "fine". Here's the beware: the package of 5 blades had 4 blades and was taped shut. Whoever returned it took a blade and the store never confirmed it. I'm in Mexico so have no options. I contacted their corporate customer service and all I got was an apology. NOT a credit for a missing blade. This is how they treat loyal customers!"

"Employees are pleasant but store is unclean, the restrooms are filthy and the floors are disgusting. It appears the store is understaffed. Yet, the Springhill store is clean and the restroom is too."

She showed customer service, politeness, as well as a deep rooted understanding of the products she was working with. 10/10 will return again!"
