"Absolutely one of the worst service companies I’ve ever dealt with. They say that they came to clean your pool however, you work from home and you know they never came. The pool was always green. They charge you multiple annual service fees every few months when we told them to please no longer Have anything to do with our property after not showing up for almost 5 months and sending us to collections and now I get a bill for a January 2024 service when there’s no water in the pool. Very curious as to how they can charge for cleaning a pool that has no water in it, and we no longer live at the house and their services were canceled in August 2023! Unreal! Should not even be one star!"

"Terrible company that attempted to steal from us by refusing to refund us $1200 after double charging for a pool pump. We only got our money back when Amex reversed the charge after two months. We provided all information necessary to the company showing the double charge but they still refused to refund it. They lied, and were incredibly rude while they held our money. Not to mention they missed about 50% of the pool service calls, and only when we emailed or called they would come out to perform the service we paid for on time, every month. Plenty of good pool services out there. Avoid these hacks."

"Palms Pool (and specifically our pool guy, Gabe) are absolutely AMAZING! I have had other pool companies and Palms Pool is just SO much better. Gabe comes every week on our scheduled day without fail. Our pool has truly never looked better. "I originally had a nice young man cleaning my pool. He unfortunately sold to this company and they had a very good pool guy at first so I didn't mind. Something happened to him and the new guy they "hired" (I assume he's a sub contractor) would only come to my pool and dump 1 yellow chlorine container in it and leave. I brought this up many times over the months and even had to buy my own chemicals to fix the mess he would leave consistently. My kids would have to skim the pool themselves before they could swim. We've been here for 4 years and I know how a pool should be cared for. He NEVER checked the water to balance it. Only vacuumed if it was obviously in need (most of the time). NEVER scrubbed the tiles, NEVER skimmed, only added shock when prompted to and even then not enough. NEVER added any base or acid or anything besides chlorine. Unreal. Even after I would fill the pool with 6 inches of water due to massive evaporation. I've complained almost weekly and they simply "apologize" and still charge me. Stay far far away if you live in Port Saint Lucie. These pictures are from this morning. He "Cleaned" yesterday..."
