"Poor management and apparently allows their employees' negative behavior! Just moved to town and this was my second time here (first time was fine, a different stylist) and Kayla made it VERY clear today that I was inconveniencing her to clean up a couple of spots in my hair. She was huffing and puffing and made a smart a** comment so I ended the cut right then and there. The other employees/manager heard what was going on and not one person tried to make things right. I will NOT be back."
