"I booked online for two client appointments at the same time. The owner, who I booked for one appointment, was on her phone a lot and making the client in the chair sit unattended longer than he needed to be. When the time came for the two appointments at the same time, the owner was still working on her previous client and the other stylist took one client. That appointment went well but sadly the cut wasn’t good. She took off more than asked and it was choppy and uneven. 30 min past the appointment with the owner, her next appointment arrived and the last client was still in the chair. He left and she skipped over our appointment so the other stylist had to take our second client after the first. That meant we stayed longer than needed. The second haircut went better but we ended up being there twice as long as we needed to be and had to fix the one haircut."
