"I called the number to inquire about highlights. Being sensitive to many haircare products, I attempted to ask what product/brand name they used. The lady tried to tell me and it was very difficult to understand what she was saying so I asked her to please spell the product name for me. She said "what do you want" in a rude manner. I repeated I was interested in their services for highlights, and I just needed the name of the color products they use to make sure I wouldn't have a bad reaction. She became more rude with me. I apologized for not being able to speak Spanish and asked her to please give the phone to someone else to help since it seemed like we were having a miscommunication. She said "no one else" and then hung up on me. Very disappointed such a simple question provoked so much anger in an employee of this salon. It's ironic their website advertises friendly services because that was the exact opposite experience."
